{"id":116,"date":"2013-03-02T13:39:52","date_gmt":"2013-03-02T13:39:52","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.tildenave.com\/?page_id=116"},"modified":"2023-05-04T14:55:44","modified_gmt":"2023-05-04T14:55:44","slug":"quickie-croissants","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.tildenave.com\/?page_id=116","title":{"rendered":"Quickie Croissants"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Formerly known as Muffin&#8217;s Quickie Croissants, now known as Martha&#8217;s<\/p>\n<p>Preheat oven to 325\u00ba<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Ingredients:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Soften 1 envelope yeast in 1 cup warm water<\/li>\n<li>Add: 3\/4 cup evaporated milk<\/li>\n<li>1\/3 cup sugar<\/li>\n<li>1 1\/2 tsp salt<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 cup unsalted butter, melted and cooled<\/li>\n<li>1 egg<\/li>\n<li>1 cup flour<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Recipe:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Pulse 4 cups flour with 2 sticks unsalted butter cut into TB bits until the butter is the size of beans. Place in large bowl.<\/li>\n<li>Pour wet over dry, folding gently until the flour is moistened.<\/li>\n<li>Cover and refrigerate 2 hrs to 4 days<\/li>\n<li>Divide dough into 4 equal pieces.<\/li>\n<li>Roll each piece into a 16 inch circle.
