{"id":132,"date":"2013-03-02T14:04:26","date_gmt":"2013-03-02T14:04:26","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.tildenave.com\/?page_id=132"},"modified":"2023-05-04T14:55:31","modified_gmt":"2023-05-04T14:55:31","slug":"lemon-ginger-muffins","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.tildenave.com\/?page_id=132","title":{"rendered":"Lemon Ginger Muffins"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><em>Creator:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>My imitation of Kathleen&#8217;s muffins<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>In Advance:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Preheat oven to 400\u00ba<\/li>\n<li>Spray 1 large or 2 regular muffin tins with Bakers Secret (or butter and flour)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>Ingredients:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 cup sugar<\/li>\n<li>1 stick unsalted butter, softened<\/li>\n<li>2 eggs<\/li>\n<li>2 cups flour<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tsp salt<\/li>\n<li>1 TB ground ginger<\/li>\n<li>1 TB grated fresh ginger<\/li>\n<li>1 TB minced crystallized ginger<\/li>\n<li>zest of one lemon<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp baking soda<\/li>\n<li>1 cup buttermilk<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>Recipe:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Process sugar and butter until smooth Add eggs and process until smooth<\/li>\n<li>Add flour, salt, spices and lemon zest to butter mixture.
