{"id":151,"date":"2013-03-02T14:32:53","date_gmt":"2013-03-02T14:32:53","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.tildenave.com\/?page_id=151"},"modified":"2023-05-04T14:57:11","modified_gmt":"2023-05-04T14:57:11","slug":"flank-steak-with-provencal-herbs","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.tildenave.com\/?page_id=151","title":{"rendered":"Flank Steak With Provencal Herbs"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><em>Creator:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mark Bittman NYT<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Ingredients:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3 Tbs extra virgin olive oil<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp salt<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp cracked black pepper<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp fennel seeds<\/li>\n<li>2 garlic cloves, peeled<\/li>\n<li>2 tsp fresh rosemary leaves<\/li>\n<li>2 tsp fresh lavender leaves<\/li>\n<li>2 tsp fresh thyme leaves<\/li>\n<li>1 1\/2 to 2 lbs flank steak<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Recipe:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Start charcoal or wood fire or heat a gas grill or the broiler.<\/li>\n<li>Combine ingredients in a small food processor and blend until minced. Do not puree. Rub all over the steak.<\/li>\n<li>When fire is hot, grill or broil 4 minutes to a side, or until nicely browned, for medium rare, turning only once.
