{"id":164,"date":"2013-03-02T14:47:04","date_gmt":"2013-03-02T14:47:04","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.tildenave.com\/?page_id=164"},"modified":"2023-05-04T14:56:25","modified_gmt":"2023-05-04T14:56:25","slug":"chicken-a-la-murdock","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.tildenave.com\/?page_id=164","title":{"rendered":"Chicken A-La Murdock"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em><strong>Creator:\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Leppy Mcarthy<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Ingredients:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>6 boneless chicken breasts<\/li>\n<li>2 TB dijon mustard<\/li>\n<li>1 cup dry bread crumbs<\/li>\n<li>3 TB unsalted butter<\/li>\n<li>1 TB oil<\/li>\n<li>2 TB vermouth or white wine<\/li>\n<li>3\/4 cup chicken stock<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Recipe:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Spread a little mustard on each side of the chicken breasts. Roll in bread crumbs and pat them to adhere the crumbs.<\/li>\n<li>Melt butter with oil in a frying pan over medium heat and saute the breasts for 7 minutes per side until done. Remove to serving dish.<\/li>\n<li>Add wine to the pan, stirring to loosen leftover bread crumbs. Boil for 1 minute, then add the chicken stock. Boil for 5 minutes or more until sauce is reduced and thickened.
