Blind bake for 10 minutes. Cool on rack<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Ingredients:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 lb. Italian prune plums, washed<\/li>\n<li>1\/3 cup brown sugar<\/li>\n<li>1 egg lightly beaten with a fork<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup heavy cream<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Recipe:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Slice plums in half and remove pit. Arrange in a decorative pattern in pie shell<\/li>\n<li>Sprinkle with sugar<\/li>\n<li>Bake ten minutes<\/li>\n<li>Mix egg and cream and pour over plums.
