Squeeze with hands until not powdery.<\/li>\n<li>Mix lemon juice and water.<\/li>\n<li>Peel, core, and slice pears the long way. Toss with cinnamon and nutmeg.<\/li>\n<li>Turn pears into buttered 8 cup cassserole, drizzle with lemon juice mixture, sprinkle with ginger.
