{"id":234,"date":"2013-03-02T16:56:02","date_gmt":"2013-03-02T16:56:02","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.tildenave.com\/?page_id=234"},"modified":"2023-05-04T14:57:54","modified_gmt":"2023-05-04T14:57:54","slug":"cheese-cake","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.tildenave.com\/?page_id=234","title":{"rendered":"Cheese Cake"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><em>Creator:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Barbara Shanley<\/p>\n<p><strong>In Advance:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Preheat oven to 350.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Ingredients:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Crust:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 1\/4 graham cracker crumbs<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 cup sugar<\/li>\n<li>1\/3 cup melted butter<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Recipe:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Combine ingredients and press into bottom and sides of 10 inch springform pan, bringing up sides only to seal joint between bottom and sides of pan.<\/li>\n<li>Bake for five minutes just to set crust.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong><em>Ingredients:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Filling:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4 eight ounce packages of cream cheese at room temperature<\/li>\n<li>6 eggs<\/li>\n<li>1 1\/2 cups sugar<\/li>\n<li>3 TB flour<\/li>\n<li>3 TB vanilla<\/li>\n<li>1 cup sour cream<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Recipe:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Start mixer and mix one pkg. of cream cheese until creamy. Add one package at a time, beating until creamy before adding the next. NO LUMPS.<\/li>\n<li>Add eggs one at a time. Add rest of ingredients.The secret is to beat the hell out of the mixture. Pour carefully into springform pan. Bake 1 hour. Top will brown (gas ovens tend not to brown) and rise and crack. Center will shake a bit when done.
