{"id":253,"date":"2013-03-02T19:55:14","date_gmt":"2013-03-02T19:55:14","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.tildenave.com\/?page_id=253"},"modified":"2023-05-04T15:03:22","modified_gmt":"2023-05-04T15:03:22","slug":"spaghetti-carbonara","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.tildenave.com\/?page_id=253","title":{"rendered":"Spaghetti Carbonara"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><em>Ingredients:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>6 servings<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1\/2 lb bacon or pancetta in 1\/4 inch slices<\/li>\n<li>4 garlic cloves smashed and peeled<\/li>\n<li>3 TB extra virgin olove oil<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 dry white wine<\/li>\n<li>2 large eggs<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 cup freshly grated romano cheese<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup freshly grated parmesean cheese<\/li>\n<li>2 TB chopped parsley<\/li>\n<li>1 1\/4 lb. spaghetti<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Recipe:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Put olive oil and garlic in a frying pan and saute over medium heat until garlic becomes a deep golden color. Remove garlic and discard.<\/li>\n<li>Put bacon or pancetta in the pan and cook until the edges look crisp.<\/li>\n<li>Add wine. Let it bubble away for 1 to 2 minutes.
