{"id":264,"date":"2013-03-02T20:08:33","date_gmt":"2013-03-02T20:08:33","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.tildenave.com\/?page_id=264"},"modified":"2023-05-04T15:03:30","modified_gmt":"2023-05-04T15:03:30","slug":"antiboise","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.tildenave.com\/?page_id=264","title":{"rendered":"Antiboise"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><em>Creator:\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sauce for broiled or sauteed fish from John Philcox&#8217;s Le Bistro<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Ingredients:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4 TB extra virgin olive oil<\/li>\n<li>1 TB\u00a0 whole dried coriander seed finely crushed in mortar and pestle<\/li>\n<li>2 cloves garlic, minced<\/li>\n<li>1 1\/2 TB fresh parsley, minced<\/li>\n<li>1 1\/2 tsp\u00a0 fresh tarragon, minced, or 1 tsp dried<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp dried chervil, crumbled<\/li>\n<li>1 large tomato, peeled, seeded and chopped<\/li>\n<li>2 TB fresh lemon juice<\/li>\n<li>S&amp;P<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Recipe:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Beat olive oil, coriander seed, garlic, and herbs with electric mixer for one minute. Gradually add tomato and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><em><strong>Notes:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Put a large spoonful of the sauce on the plate and place the fish on top. I like this best with lightly breaded and sauteed fish like striped bass.
