No salt.\u00a0 Boil green beans until crisp- tender. Drain and plunge into a bowl of ice water to set color and cool. When cool, drain well.<\/li>\n<li>Add onions, olive oil. lemon juice and pepper.Toss well<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><em><strong>Notes<\/strong><\/em>:<\/p>\n<p>If you serve promptly the beans will remain bright green.
