{"id":83,"date":"2012-11-02T20:04:42","date_gmt":"2012-11-02T20:04:42","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.tildenave.com\/?page_id=83"},"modified":"2023-05-04T14:31:46","modified_gmt":"2023-05-04T14:31:46","slug":"pesto-cheesecake","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.tildenave.com\/?page_id=83","title":{"rendered":"Pesto Cheesecake"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><em>Ingredients:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Crust:<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 TB soft unsalted butter<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 cup seasoned Italian breadcrumbs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Rub butter over bottom and about halfway up sides of an 8 or 9 inch spring form pan<\/p>\n<p>Sprinkle breadcrumbs evenly over buttered pan<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0Filling:<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2\u00a0 8 oz pkgs. cream cheese, softened to room temperature<\/li>\n<li>1 cup ricotta cheese<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup grated parmesean<\/li>\n<li>3 large eggs<\/li>\n<li>pinch cayenne papper<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup pesto<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Recipe:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Mix cream cheese, ricotta, parmesean and cayenne in processor until completely smooth. Add eggs and mix thoroughly.<\/li>\n<li>Transfer half of the mixture to a bowl. To the half remaining in the processor add t he pesto and mix well<\/li>\n<li>Pour pesto mixture into prepared pan and smooth out. Carefully pour plain mixture over, smoothing it so it covers the entire surface.<\/li>\n<li>Bake until just set in the center- 35 to 40 minutes.
